ESSEN VIDEOPRODUKTION - the best way to record concerts, theater performances, events, talks...
for publication on the web, TV, on BluRay, DVD

Big ambitions despite a small budget?

Usually it is impossible to combine both. However, ESSEN VIDEOPRODUKTION is the exception to the rule. Current cameras of the same type of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors are used. Difficult lighting conditions are no obstacle to first-class image quality. Cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motorized pan-tilts, reducing costs by minimizing manpower.

We offer the following services, among others

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

ESSEN VIDEOPRODUKTION is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. Professional cameras of the same type are used. When it comes to image quality, ESSEN VIDEOPRODUKTION makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, ESSEN VIDEOPRODUKTION can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.
TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.
Video production of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.
Editing and editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Do you need CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray discs in small quantities? ESSEN VIDEOPRODUKTION is your partner. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
