The Mendl Festival - A homage to music and singing with actor Michael Mendl in Zeitz 2019

In 2019, Beat Toniolo organized the Mendl Festival in Zeitz. Several events were held together with the actor Michael Mendl. The reading and concert with the title >A Homage to Music and Song< was recorded in this series of events. The video recording and production took place with 7 cameras in UHD/4K. ESSEN VIDEOPRODUKTION offers you the video recording with several cameras at the same time. We rely on high-quality cameras of the same type. When it comes to image quality, ESSEN VIDEOPRODUKTION makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. ESSEN VIDEOPRODUKTION offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled in a variety of ways from just one central point. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. Over the years, several hundred video reports and TV features have been researched, filmed, edited and broadcast on television. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.

Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. The time required can be reduced if the video recordings are conversations and interviews without an audience.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are ideal for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos.
